The Bradford Building
The Bradford Building is a mixed use development on Scott St. in Covington’s Historic Licking Riverside District. The upper floors feature custom 2-3 bedroom condos with signature hidden rooftop decks, European inspired trim and elegant fixtures. The storefronts feature The Native One boutique and Haven Wellness Salon and Cafe.
The historic Boone Block residences are an adaptive re-use of a 24,720 square foot historic building into nine single-family town-homes.
