  • Optimize tenant relations and retention
  • Provide administrative support to Maintenance Management team
  • Tracks certificates of insurance documents for properties and tenants.
  • Assist with accounts payable invoice processing
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and special events as requested
  • Tenant Liaison for Work Orders – Work directly with Maintenance Supervisor to follow up to ensure tenants are satisfied
