Innovation Alley

Innovation Alley serves as a hub for Covington’s start up community. The co-working space includes an office for Wyzerr, a recent graduate of UpTech, and the KY Innovation Network. The building is connected to Biologic and features soaring ceilings, concrete floors, sleek offices, and industrial finishes.

Restored in 2008, the bioLOGIC building was once a bowling alley, dance hall, and alleged horse stables. Developers found a vehicle freight elevator alluding to its use as long term parking for the railroad station next door. The structure is now home to bioLOGIC, a biotech incubator with 15,000 square feet of laboratory, office, and meeting space. The building’s restoration earned Tony Kreutzjans a River Cities Historic Preservation Award in 2009.

Pike Street Lofts

Pike Street Lofts is comprised of 10 market-rate condos and four commercial spaces. The historic building was once Wiseway supply, a main stay on Pike St. almost 50 years ago. The lofts are now home to JTV, Sushi Cincinnati, and Lauren DiFulvio Photography. Developer Tony Kreutzjans received two historic preservation awards for the restoration.
