Tony Kreutzjans formed Orleans Development in 2005 after spending eight years in Construction and Project Management with residential and commercial builder Ashley Development. Since founding Orleans Development, Kreutzjans has carved a niche as a developer, owner, property manager, and contractor in Covington and the surrounding Northern Kentucky Area. Kreutzjans has developed over 250 residential units and roughly 80,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.

Orleans Development has invested a priceless amount of time and resources into mixed-use buildings throughout the Northern Kentucky River Cities. Projects include Kent Lofts, The Bradford Building, Boone Block, Market Lofts, Pike Street Lofts, Pike Star, and bioLOGIC. Driven by a true passion for architecture and historical restoration, Kreutzjans and his team continue to develop and maintain quality residential and commercial product in the urban core.
