The Bradford Building is a mixed use development on Scott St. in Covington’s Historic Licking Riverside District. The upper floors feature custom 2-3 bedroom condos with signature hidden rooftop decks, European inspired trim and elegant fixtures. Boone Block

The historic Boone Block residences are an adaptive re-use of a 24,720 square foot historic building into nine single-family town-homes. Residences feature a blend of art, artifacts and contemporary appointments, flex spaces, high ceilings and exposed brick. The Boone Block also features the London Police Mural and living wall on the corner of 4th and Scott.

Kent Lofts

Located in Bellevue, Kentucky, Orleans Development has restored the Kent Manufacturing Warehouse on Grandview Avenue. Kent Lofts features 66 warehouse style apartments ranging from $825 to $1825 per month. Amenities include an outdoor courtyard, gathering lobby, fitness center, storage units and garage parking. Floor plans will range from studios to two bedroom units.

The building’s historic steel windows, soaring ceilings and concrete floors inspired the industrial chic design scheme. Featuring open concept floor plans, lofty bedrooms and eclectic architectural design, there is nothing comparable in the Bellevue area.

The Pulse Lofts

PULSE is a contemporary reinterpretation of the predominantly Italianate architecture of the surrounding neighborhood. The 32 lofts vary in size from 740 – 1500 square feet and offer modern, edgy interior finishes including cement floors, 10 ft. ceilings, moveable walls and modern appliances. The name PULSE implies a rhythmic driving beat and style that reflects Covington and its vibrant neighborhoods.

The Market Lofts

The Market Lofts is a transformative historic rehab project in Covington’s Pike Street corridor. Inspired by the wholesale grocery operation once housed there, the development features 15 studio and one-bedroom apartments, including several with original storefronts.
