Overman Lofts

Overman Lofts reimagines the historic Overman Schrader Cordage building as 39 modern apartments, blending preserved architectural character with contemporary living. Located in Covington’s West Side neighborhood, the project brings new energy to a historic neighborhood while honoring its industrial past through thoughtful adaptive reuse. Most recently, the building was home to The Steelyard – a recycling facility.
